Assessment
Skin tone, recent sun exposure, medication and previous treatments are checked before anything is booked in.

Cooling and eye protection are used throughout. You tell us if the setting is uncomfortable and it is adjusted.

Aftercare
- Broad spectrum SPF every day, reapplied — this is not optional in Phuket
- No sea, pool, sauna or hot shower for 24–48 hours
- No scrubs, acids or retinol for one week
- Do not pick crusting after tattoo or pigment removal
- Tell us about any reaction rather than treating it yourself
Frequently asked questions
How many sessions will I need?
Hair removal typically needs six to eight sessions because only hair in the growth phase responds. Tattoo and old pigment removal varies widely with ink depth and colour, and is estimated after seeing the area.
Is it safe on tanned skin?
Not straight after sun. A tan raises the risk of burns and patchy lightening, so we ask for two weeks without deliberate sun before laser work.
Does it hurt?
Hair removal feels like a warm elastic snap. Tattoo removal is sharper and shorter. Cooling is used throughout and the setting is adjusted to what you can tolerate comfortably.
Can you remove my old permanent makeup?
Often it can be lightened enough to redo the shape, which is the usual goal. Complete removal of cosmetic pigment is not guaranteed and depends on the pigment used by the previous studio.
Do you treat medical skin conditions?
No. We provide cosmetic treatments. Anything that looks like a medical condition is referred to a doctor rather than treated here.
