Frequently asked questions
How do I choose between similar treatments?
Start from the problem rather than the technique name. Tell us what you redo every morning, or what bothers you in photographs, and we recommend from there — including saying when a treatment is not worth it for you.
Do I need to book, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are sometimes possible for nails and waxing. Permanent makeup and lash work are always booked, because the appointment includes consultation and design time.
Which languages do you speak?
Thai, English and Chinese at both branches. Tell us your preferred language when you book so the right artist is scheduled.
Can I combine treatments in one visit?
Yes for nails, lashes and waxing. Two permanent makeup areas on the same day is possible but long, and healing two areas at once is harder — most clients split them.
