What we collect

When you send a booking request we store the name, contact detail, preferred language, the service or course you selected, your preferred date and time, and any notes you write. Nothing else is collected from the form.

Why we hold it

To reply to your request, arrange the appointment and keep a record of what was booked. Service requests go to the salon team; academy enquiries go to the academy team. The two are not merged.

Marketing

Marketing consent is a separate, unticked box. Booking without it does not stop you booking, and you can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Message the branch on LINE and say what you would like done.
