Permanent eyeliner darkens the lash line so the eyes look defined without pencil. At our Patong and Kathu branches we work a fine lash enhancement, a soft classic liner, or a slightly winged line. The eye area heals quickly — most of the swelling is gone within a day and the line softens over two weeks.

How the appointment works
Eye assessment
Lid shape, hood and lash density decide how thick the line can be without closing the eye down.

The line is drawn with pencil, opened and closed, and checked in the mirror before numbing.

Pigment is placed between the lashes first — the base every style is built on.

Thickness and tail are built up in passes, both eyes compared open before we finish.

Any gaps in the lash line are filled once healed. Eyelids often lift pigment unevenly the first time.

Aftercare
- No eye makeup, mascara or lash curlers for 10 days
- Do not rub the eyes; blot with a clean tissue if they water
- No swimming, sauna or steam for 14 days
- Sleep on your back for the first two nights if you can
- Wear sunglasses outdoors while healing
Frequently asked questions
Can I have a thick winged line?
A short wing is possible on a lid with enough space. Thick wings on hooded or mature lids look heavy once the skin moves, so we usually recommend a fine line and let you add pencil for evenings.
Will it go blue over time?
Old carbon-heavy pigments used to. Current pigments are chosen for how they fade, and a retouch every couple of years keeps the line true black-brown.
Can I wear lash extensions afterwards?
Yes, after two weeks of healing. Existing extensions must be removed before the eyeliner appointment, though.
Is it safe so close to the eye?
The pigment sits in the lash line, not inside the lid. Single-use needles, sterile technique and an eye shield are standard. Anyone with an eye condition is asked to check with their doctor first.
How long is it sore?
The eyes feel tired and slightly gritty for a day, similar to a long flight. Cool compresses over a clean tissue help.
Does it work on lower lids too?
A fine lower lash line is possible and looks best kept very thin. A full lower liner tends to close the eye visually.
How much does it cost?
