A request is not a confirmed appointment

Sending the form starts the conversation. Your appointment exists once the branch replies and confirms a specific time with you.

Deposits

Reserved time slots for permanent makeup and longer appointments require a deposit. The amount and the payment method are confirmed by the branch when your booking is accepted.

Changing or cancelling

Tell the branch as early as you can. Late changes cost the artist a slot that could have gone to someone else, so the reschedule window and any deposit terms are explained before you pay.

Arriving late

Permanent makeup includes consultation and design time. If you arrive late the appointment may need to be shortened or moved so the next client is not affected.
