A request is not a confirmed appointment

Sending the form starts the conversation. Your appointment exists once the branch replies and confirms a specific time with you.

Payment methods

Cash, bank transfer, credit card and QR payment are accepted at both branches.

Deposits

A deposit from ฿500 holds a slot for permanent makeup and other longer appointments. Once it is paid you can move the appointment within 30 days. The exact amount and the payment method are confirmed by the branch when your booking is accepted.

Changing your appointment

Once the deposit is paid you can move your appointment within 30 days. Tell the branch as early as you can — a late change costs the artist a slot that could have gone to someone else.

Arriving late

Permanent makeup includes consultation and design time. If you arrive late the appointment may need to be shortened or moved so the next client is not affected.
